Intelara are pleased and proud to announce we have now become an associate member of RVA Australia (Retirement Village Association).
The RVA is the peak body for the retirement village industry in Australia, aiming to lead the building and growth of a sustainable and responsible retirement village industry.
We have become members in the RVA to enable our full engagement into the broader aged care industry and to ensure we are kept abreast of the latest issues and developments. Principals Michael Lethlean and Neil Burnell attended the 2010 "advantage" annual conference of the RVA in Brisbane on 26th October 2010.
Intelara has a unique blend of skills, experience and expertise specifically in the areas of health, retirement and aged care facilities. This end-to-end capability enables us to undertake projects from design to completion.
Over the past decade we have undertaken Civil and Structural Engineering works on an estimated 61 such projects in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. The most recent two significant developments being new multi-million dollar integrated retirements and aged care facilities for The Salvation Army – the Tanderra Residential Aged Care facility at Chapel Hill in Brisbane’s inner south-west, and Riverview Gardens Residential Aged Care facility in Ipswich.
